Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible, in perfect condition.  Most orders will ship via UPS using the shipping method you select during checkout.  We do reserve the right to ship your order, using a comparable shipping method, using another shipping company, such as FedEx or USPS.  

To help you calculate the shipping for your order we have a shipping calculator on the shopping cart page of our website.  This calculator only asks for your shipping destination, no billing or credit card information is required for your quote.  Most products ship from our warehouses in Washington, DC.  If we do not have a product in one of our warehouses, we will ship it directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors, when possible.  

In-stock orders usually ship within one complete business day of your order being placed.  A tracking number will be provided to you shortly after your order has been shipped.
